Requirements and Description

Essential Functions:
-Coordinates all communication [phone and radio] to/from pilots, airport departments, tower, ramp and guest service personnel, Operations Coordination Center, and aircraft fueling company in an accurate, professional and timely manner.
-Completes daily reporting [flight paperwork, logs and forms] associated to daily flight activity
-Completes all computer/system updates for departures/arrivals [times, delay coding and explanations], baggage/cargo, passengers and fuel.
-Notifies ground crew of flight in range calls.
-Prepares [prints] dispatch release, fuel order form, and weather brief / packets.
-Arranges fueling for aircraft as needed.
-Maintains all FAA and TSA required files for compliance auditing.
-Advises Ramp Agents as to the flight load [baggage / comat] distribution, when needed.
-Effective use of Skyspeed, Navitaire, and Go Now applications.
-Must possess strong communication skills and be computer literate.
-Must be able to sit for a long periods of time.
-Must be able to work independently, without direct supervision.
-Must be able to extend shift [hours worked] due to irregular operations when required.
